In Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One, players take on the role of a young Sherlock Holmes as he navigates an exotic and dangerous island in the Mediterranean to uncover the truth behind his mother's death. In Alfred Hitchcock: Vertigo, the player takes on the role of Ed Miller, a writer who has survived a car crash in Brody Canyon, California. Despite no one being found inside the wreckage, Ed is convinced he was traveling with his wife and daughter and begins to suffer from severe vertigo as a result. To uncover what really happened on that fateful day, Ed must go through therapy and investigate deeper into his own mind. This game draws heavily from Alfred Hitchcock's classic film Vertigo and explores themes of obsession, manipulation and madness while offering an intriguing mystery for players to solve.
