Hitman: Sniper Challenge is a stand-alone video game developed by IO Interactive A/S, a Square Enix studio. It was released as an incentive for fans who pre-ordered Hitman: Absolution. The player takes on the role of Agent 47 and is tasked with assassinating Richard Strong Jr., CEO of Stallion Armaments, and his bodyguards from a balcony overlooking the rooftop where they are gathering. There are score multipliers to capitalize on, hidden secrets to uncover, equipment upgrades to unlock and creative ways in which one can discretely dispose of bodies while completing their contract in the most efficient way possible.
