The Long Dark is a video game set in an apocalyptic world where all of humanity's technological advances have been rendered useless. Players take on the role of bush pilot Will Mackenzie, who must navigate the dangerous landscape of the Northern Wilderness and find ways to survive its hazards. Features include first-person exploration gameplay with an original art style as well as Survival Story mode and potentially hundreds of hours of free-form Survival Sandbox gameplay. With food and water scarce, roads no longer safe, and winter approaching, players will need to push themselves and their skills to last as long as possible in this harsh post-digital environment.
