Anthem is an action-RPG shared-world game created by Electronic Arts, in which up to four friends can explore a vast world full of forgotten treasures and advanced technology. However, this world also holds ruthless marauders and savage beasts, and players join as Freelancers to battle these forces that threaten humanity. As they fight their way through the land, players customize their Freelancers with Javelin exosuits equipped with unique weapons and abilities. Gear earned during the journey helps even further personalize each suit of armor for maximum efficiency in combat. By taking on dangerous challenges together, successful Freelancers are rewarded richly for their exploits while leaving a lasting mark on the world around them.
