Senran Kagura: Estival Versus is a video game about two shinobi sisters, Ryōbi and Ryōna, from the Hebijo Clandestine Girls Academy elite. When they are drawn into a parallel dimension by a mystical phenomenon, they find themselves face to face with their departed loved ones. The mysterious mistresses of the island challenge them and other girls from four rival schools to a contest of strength and wits. If they win, not only will they learn secrets of shinobi lore but also be able to lay their loved ones souls to rest. However, there are many obstacles in their way such as trusting the hosts of the island or keeping clothes intact during battles. Despite all these challenges and questions that arise along the way, it's sure that an exciting journey awaits!
