Remember Me is a third-person action adventure set in the futuristic city of Neo-Paris in 2084. In this world, personal memories have been digitised and bought and sold on a memory economy that gives immense power to only a few people. The protagonist, Nilin, is an elite memory hunter with the ability to infiltrate people's minds and steal or tamper with their memories. She is arrested by authorities who fear her knowledge and powers, having her memory wiped clean as punishment. After escaping prison she embarks on a mission to recover her identity while being hunted by those responsible for creating the surveillance society of Neo-Paris. Along the way she must rely on her last friend for help if she has any chance of succeeding in reclaiming what was taken from her.
