In Luigi's Mansion 3, the titular character embarks on a dream vacation with Mario and friends, only to find out it was all a ploy by King Boo. With the help of Professor E. Gadd, Luigi must traverse up and down floors of the haunted hotel to save his friends. Players can use upgraded Poltergust G-00 to slam and blow away ghost defenses or summon Gooigi, an all-green doppelganger that can help Luigi overcome obstacles he cannot get past alone. For more frenetic multiplayer action, players can race against the timer in ScareScraper mode either online or locally with up to eight players on four Nintendo Switch systems (additional games required).

The Medium is a horror-adventure video game from Bloober Team, in which the player takes on the role of a medium living in two different worlds: the real one and the spirit one. The main character is haunted by visions of a child's murder, driving them to an abandoned hotel resort that was once home to an unthinkable tragedy. With access to both worlds, they must uncover difficult answers as nothing is as it seems and everything has multiple sides. Accompanying this journey are dual soundtracks composed by Arkadiusz Reikowski and Akira Yamaoka - best known for his work on Silent Hill.
