"Wingspan" is a highly acclaimed and award-winning board game created by designer Elizabeth Hargrave. The game centers around the players being bird enthusiasts - researchers, bird watchers, ornithologists and collectors - seeking to discover and attract the best birds to their network of wildlife preserves. Players will be challenged with managing resources as they build up their habitats, food supplies and other attractions in order to draw in different species of birds with unique abilities.

In Wingspan players have access to cards that represent different types of birds from all over the world along with special bonus cards that can help them gain extra points or resources. Each turn consists of players either drawing new cards into their hand or taking one action – playing a card into one of three habitats, collecting food tokens depending on which habitat they chose or laying eggs by spending resources they’ve collected earlier on in the game. Then it’s time for end-of-round scoring where players are awarded points based on how many eggs were laid in each habitat type as well as bonuses granted from certain bird species powers such as gaining additional food tokens when another player plays a card next to it.

The goal is simple: Score more points than your opponents through careful positioning, resource management and use of powerful bird abilities! Through its strategic gameplay combined with stunning artwork depicting real life bird species from all around the globe; Wingspan is an engaging experience sure to bring hours upon hours of entertainment for those who love games related to nature exploration or simply enjoy challenging themselves against friends trying outsmart each other!
