Tribes 2: A Classic Sci-Fi First-Person Shooter

The classic science fiction first-person shooter Tribes 2 is back and better than ever. Developed by Dynamix and published by Sierra Entertainment, Tribes 2 takes place in the Earthsiege universe and is the long-awaited sequel to Starsiege: Tribes.

Players take on the role of a soldier from one of three different factions - Blood Eagles, Diamond Swords or Starwolf - as they battle for control over a fictional world known as The Twelve Colonies. Each faction has its own unique weapons, vehicles and equipment that can be used in combat against opposing forces. Players must utilize these tools to their best advantage if they want to achieve victory in each match.

The game offers an array of exciting modes including Capture The Flag (CTF), Deathmatch (DM) and Siege Mode (SM). In CTF mode players must capture enemy flags while defending their own base from attack; DM requires players to eliminate all enemies before time runs out; SM pits two teams against each other with one team attempting to break into the other's base using special vehicles designed for this purpose.

Tribes 2 also features robust customization options allowing players to modify everything from character appearance and behavior down to player movements, weapon loadouts and even various gameplay rulesets that affect how matches are played out between two teams or individuals.
