The game follows the story of Metallia, a powerful witch who has been cursed to remain within her swampy realm forever, unable to leave it. She summons The Hundred Knight, an ancient magical creature with immense powers that will be loyal only to her. Players take control of this enigmatic character as he embarks on various quests throughout the world to fulfill Metallia's requests and spread her influence across every corner of the land.

Revival Edition brings new content into play including two additional chapters not included in the original release, more monsters to battle against as well as extra abilities for customization purposes such as combining weapons together with unique results based on their attributes.
