All about game The Lost Vikings

The Lost Vikings is a classic puzzle-platform video game developed by Silicon & Synapse (now Blizzard Entertainment) and published by Interplay. It was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992, and has since been ported to other platforms such as Sega Genesis and Game Boy Advance.

In The Lost Vikings, you control three Viking characters - Erik the Swift, Baleog the Fierce, and Olaf the Stout - on their quest to escape from an alien spacecraft they were kidnapped onto. Each of these characters have unique abilities which can be used together in order to progress through levels filled with enemies, puzzles and traps.

Erik can run faster than his Viking companions and jump higher; Baleog wields a sword that he can use to fight off his foes or shoot arrows at switches; while Olaf uses his shield for blocking projectiles or gliding over long distances using it like a hang glider. Combined with health points that each character has (which are restored when food items are picked up), these unique abilities make this game incredibly interesting as players must figure out how best to use them all together in order to reach their goal - escaping from the alien spaceship!

The original release of The Lost Vikings also featured infinite retries if one of your characters got killed during gameplay but this feature was removed on later ports of the game due its overall difficulty being lowered significantly when it was still available. In 2015 however, The Lost Vikings made another return but this time as playable heroes in Heroes of the Storm where they could be controlled individually rather than having just one shared life bar between them all. Overall, The Lost Vikings is an amazing puzzle-platformer featuring endless replayability thanks to its varied levels full of puzzles that require clever combinations of each character's special abilities in order solve them!
