In 2006 Codemasters announced that they were releasing an updated version of this classic game on Xbox Live Arcade, but due to some technical issues it was delayed until December 2007. Unfortunately when the game was released there were problems with its network performance and so Microsoft quickly pulled it offline until those issues could be fixed. Thankfully after two days the corrected version appeared online and since then fans have had no problem playing this fantastic football title online against friends and rivals alike!
