Players take on the role of Little Mac, an underdog boxer who must face off against a cast of colorful characters including Glass Joe, King Hippo and Von Kaiser in order to win the championship belt. Punch-Out!! features cel-shaded 2D visuals that capture all the fun and flair of the original games, as well as hilarious fighting animations that bring each character to life.

Players must use their wits and reflexes to outmaneuver their opponents with hooks, jabs, swings and Star Punches. Training with Doc will help players prepare for upcoming matches while returning defeated opponents may also come back for rematches.
