Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is an exciting fighting video game developed by Arc System Works and Atlus. It is the direct sequel to Persona 4 Arena, a follow-up to the role-playing game Persona 4. This fast-paced fighting game was released in Japanese arcades on November 28, 2013 and then ported for home consoles. Unlike its predecessor, this version of the game does not have region locking enabled.

The story follows from where it left off at the end of Persona 4 Arena with characters from both games returning as playable fighters along with some new faces making appearances as well. The main plot revolves around investigations into a mysterious red fog that has descended over Inaba city, causing people’s Personas to go out of control. Players take control of their favorite character and must battle their way through opponents to uncover what lies behind this menacing phenomenon before things get out of hand!
