You play as Mister Mosquito, and your task is to drink as much of the Yamada family's blood as possible so you can store up enough food for the coming winter. However, this won't be easy; members of the Yamada family know you are in their home, and they're determined to exterminate you with insecticides or by crushing you like a bug.

The game takes place across several days, each day presenting its own unique challenges. As Mister Mosquito, it's your job to sneak around undetected while taking sips from various members of the Yamada family without them noticing. The catch? Each member has different activities they do throughout the day that can make it difficult for Mr. Mosquito to get close enough for a bite without being discovered - whether it be talking on their phones, watching TV or even taking baths! Furthermore, if any member notices Mr.Mosquito before he gets away with his meal then they will try and swat him out of existence!
