All about game Metropolis Street Racer

Metropolis Street Racer (MSR) is a racing video game developed by Bizarre Creations and released exclusively for the Dreamcast console in 2000. It was one of the first games to feature realistic car physics, as well as detailed graphics and locations based on actual cities. The game also featured an innovative "Kudos" system which rewarded players for stylish driving rather than just speed alone.

Gameplay in MSR is primarily focused on the single-player mode, with tracks and cars unlocked at the same time throughout both modes. Players must prove their street racing prowess by completing challenges across 25 different Chapters, each containing 10 individual challenges. Completion of all challenges within a Chapter unlocks that track in both time-attack and multiplayer modes, while successful completion of all 25 Challenges will unlock additional cars for use.

The Kudos System awards points to players depending on how stylishly they complete each challenge - from drifting around corners to performing near misses with other racers or objects on the track - allowing them to progress through chapters faster than simply relying only on raw speed alone. This encourages gamers to think strategically when approaching each race instead of simply going for broke every time out; mastering drifts and drafting opponents can help increase your Kudos score significantly over time!

Overall Metropolis Street Racer is a great example of arcade style racing games at its best; featuring realistic car physics combined with stylized visuals that evoke real cityscapes makes it easy to get immersed into this world quickly and enjoyably! The Kudos system adds an extra level of strategy that more traditional racers lack, making it stand out among its peers even today
