Metroid: Zero Mission is the re-imagining of the classic Metroid game released in 1986. Players take on the role of Samus Aran, a bounty hunter tasked with thwarting the evil Space Pirates from conquering planet Zebes. The game follows her quest to defeat Mother Brain and save her home world from destruction.

The graphics and gameplay have been upgraded significantly for this remake, as well as new cutscenes that reveal more about Samus' backstory. In addition to battling enemies throughout space stations, caverns and other hazardous environments, players must also solve puzzles along their journey in order to progress further into their adventure.
