Mario Party 5 is a fun and exciting video game that allows you to help Mario and his friends restore peace to Dream World by racing around all-new game boards. Players can explore different worlds, collect coins, and take on mini-games in order to progress through the levels. The game also features new surprises such as hidden characters, power-ups, items, treasure chests, and more!

Players are able to choose from eight playable characters including Mario (also known as Superstar Mario), Luigi (Mega Mushroom Luigi), Princess Peach (Lucky Bell Peach), Yoshi (Super Hammer Yoshi), Wario (Crazy Cutter Wario) Bowser (Shadowy Skateboard Bowser) Toadette(Tremendous Tumble Toadette) and Koopa Kid(Kooky Cookie Koopa Kid). Each character has their own unique abilities which can be used during the course of the game. For example, Superstar Mario has the ability to use special blocks called Star Blocks which allow him access certain areas of each board while Crazy Cutter Wario can break blocks with his powerful attacks.

The objective in this classic Nintendo GameCube title is for players to gather Stars before their opponents do so they become champions of Dream World. There are three main types of games featured; Story Mode where players must complete various objectives across multiple levels; Challenge Mode featuring several mini-game tournaments where up to four players compete against each other; and Board Games which involve collecting Coins as well as stars while travelling through various themed boards such as haunted forests or deserts.
