MadWorld (2009)
MadWorld is an action-packed video game for the Wii console. It features highly stylized black and white graphics, over-the-top violence and visceral action which incorporates a layer of unexpected, irreverent comedy that makes it stand out from other games. In MadWorld, players take on the role of Jack who has been pitted against unknown enemies in Varrigan City's twisted game show environment called Death Watch. Players must make their way through various levels and environments while crafting traps and using weapons such as chainsaws, street signs and daggers to defeat their opponents. The Wii Remote and Nunchuk are used to mimic the actions on screen with lively sports commentators calling out moves as they're executed by players. Along with the exaggerated characters, upbeat pace and bloody visuals that define Death Watch are a variety of mini-games called Blood Bath Challenges scattered among the levels which allow players to upgrade weapons or increase scores.

All about game MadWorld
MadWorld is an action game that stands out from its peers with a unique visual style and intense violence. Developed exclusively for the Wii by PlatinumGames, MadWorld combines brutality, humor and madness in a black-and-white world splattered with blood red.
The game follows protagonist Jack Cayman as he traverses the fictional Varrigan City in pursuit of criminals and other villains. Along the way, Jack must employ various weapons to defeat his enemies - everything from chainsaws to baseball bats - all within an over-the-top combat system made possible by motion controls.
Speaking of visuals, MadWorld features stylistic cel shading that makes it look like a graphic novel come to life; something quite unlike any other video game experience available on Wii or elsewhere. Each level has its own distinct theme – such as gladiatorial arenas populated by giant robots – making sure that no two stages are ever alike while giving players plenty of opportunities to explore their inner psychopaths!
Perhaps one of the most interesting things about MadWorld is its release history: while it was released in Europe and North America almost a full year before Japan got their hands on it (due to local censorship). It’s still not available anywhere else outside those three regions but hopefully this will change soon enough so more gamers can enjoy this unique experience.
