Killing Floor 2 is a first-person shooter video game set in continental Europe after it has been overrun by horrific and murderous clones called Zeds. Killing Floor 2 is a first-person shooter video game developed and published by Tripwire Interactive. The sequel to 2009's Killing Floor, it was released for Microsoft Windows in November 2016 and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions were released in August 2017.

Set one month after the events of the original Killing Floor, players descend into Europe where the Zed outbreak has quickly spread and gained unstoppable momentum. Governments have collapsed and military forces are gone, leaving citizens to fend for themselves against hordes of horrific clones called Zeds. Players must team up with other survivors to complete objectives on various maps while fighting off waves of clone enemies using an arsenal of weapons such as assault rifles, shotguns, katanas, flamethrowers, medic guns or even crossbows. In between each wave there is a shopping period in which players can purchase ammo or weaponry from a shop before continuing their fight against the Zeds.

Killing Floor 2 features several different game modes that allow for single player or co-op play for up to 6 players total. There is also an objective mode in which teams work together towards completing certain tasks like rescuing civilians or escorting them out of harm’s way before time runs out; this mode supports up to 12 people at once per server allowing more intense firefights as well as larger numbers of Zeds swarming at any given moment - perfect for those looking for more challenge than just surviving multiple waves!
