Horizons Zero Dawn is an action role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by robotic creatures known as “machines”. The player takes on the role of Aloy, who sets out on an epic quest to discover her past and save humanity from extinction. Aiding her are allies such as Sylens – an enigmatic man who assists Aloy through his knowledge of ancient technology – and Rost – a seasoned warrior eager to help his friend battle the machines that threaten their lives.

The game offers an open world full of stunningly detailed environments ranging from lush forests to snow-covered mountains and scorched deserts. Players will have access to various weapons including bows, slingshots, spears and tripwires as they fight against menacing mechanical enemies like Grazers or Corruptors.
