In Hey! Pikmin, players take on the role of Captain Olimar, who has crashed on an unknown planet inhabited by Pikmin. This 2D platformer provides a new perspective on these adorably fierce partners as they help Olimar explore and escape this new world. Players use the stylus to control Olimar and his Pikmin in order to survive hostile wildlife, solve ecological puzzles, and escape. A variety of different coloured Pikmin can be used; Blue for swimming, Winged for flying etc., which are controlled by tapping the touchscreen. The objective is to save Olimar from this strange world with their unique powers and personalities.
