All about game Gungrave
Gungrave is a third-person shooter video game developed and published by Red Entertainment (Sega in North America and Activision in Europe) for the PlayStation 2. It follows its main character, Grave, on an intense path of revenge. Players control Grave through a variety of stages featuring various enemies which must be defeated to progress.
The story of Gungrave revolves around the life of Brandon Heat, who was once part of Millennion—a powerful criminal organization that controls most illegal activities in South City. After being betrayed by his best friend Harry MacDowel, Brandon embarks on a quest for vengeance against those who wronged him and left him for dead. His journey eventually leads him to become Gungrave—a resurrected man with superhuman strength and abilities transformed into an undead killing machine driven only by revenge.
Gameplay in Gungrave focuses heavily on shooting action as players battle their way through each level using several weapons available at their disposal such as handguns, shotguns, rocket launchers and even giant gatling guns mounted onto Grave's back or arms when needed. The game also includes RPG elements with upgradeable stats allowing players to customize their character’s attributes like health regeneration rate or weapon power depending on how they choose to play the game levels themselves.
In addition to its single player mode there are two multiplayer modes included: ‘Deathmatch’ where up to four players can compete against one another; and ‘Cooperative Play’ which allows two players work together completing levels while fighting off hordes of enemy characters.. Both online co-op modes allow for voice chat between players making it easier to coordinate strategies during gameplay sessions if playing remotely over the internet connection is possible..
Overall Gungrave is an exciting third person shooter offering great visuals along with intense combat sequences all wrapped within a gripping story line about betrayal and revenge ensuring fans will enjoy every minute spent playing this classic title from Red Entertainment!
