Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony is an action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It is the second of the two episodic expansion packs available for Grand Theft Auto IV, and follows the exploits of protagonist Luis Fernando Lopez, a former member of the Dominican drug dealers and personal bodyguard to Anthony “Gay Tony” Prince.

The storyline in The Ballad of Gay Tony focuses on Luis as he attempts to keep his boss out of trouble while dealing with various gangs, criminals, and corrupt police officers that are trying to take over Liberty City's nightclub scene. Players will also be able to explore new locations such as a luxury penthouse apartment complex owned by Gay Tony; play new mini-games like BASE jumping or underground cage fighting; use new weapons like grenades and rocket launchers; drive exotic vehicles such as helicopters or sports cars; or participate in multiplayer deathmatches.
