All about game Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee
Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee is a classic fighting game developed and published by Pipeworks Software, Inc. for the Nintendo GameCube in 2002. The game was later ported to Game Boy Advance as Godzilla: Domination! and an Xbox version with additional content was released in 2003. Unfortunately, plans for a PlayStation 2 version were cancelled.
This unique title pits 12 of Toho's most popular kaiju against each other on destructible 3D cityscapes from around the world; including Tokyo, San Francisco, Sydney and more! You can choose your favourite giant monster (including Godzilla himself) or control all of them at once with up to four players battling it out either online or offline. The main campaign mode sees you travelling across different cities in order to defeat the invading monsters controlled by computer AI opponents who use advanced tactics such as dodging attacks and counter-attacking when possible. There are also various minigames which include “King Of Kaiju” where two teams battle to be crowned King of Earth before time runs out!
The graphics are pretty decent given its age but some fans have complained about slowdown when playing with multiple characters on screen simultaneously, however this hasn't affected gameplay too much thanks to relatively low framerate requirements needed for a fighting game like this one. The soundtrack is composed mostly of classic tunes from past Godzilla movies but there are some original tracks too that fit perfectly with the action taking place onscreen – adding even more nostalgia value than ever before!
Overall, if you're looking for an old school brawler set within the iconic universe populated by monstrous beasts then look no further than Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee – an absolute must-have title that provides hours upon hours of destructive fun!
