F1 2016, the latest installment of the Formula One video game series from Codemasters, is set to be released this summer. The title brings a plethora of new features and upgrades that will take fans even deeper into the world's most glamorous motorsport.

The career mode has been expanded for F1 2016 and now spans 10 seasons, allowing gamers to experience all aspects of life as an F1 driver both on and off the track. New elements such as vehicle development and research also add more depth to the career mode than ever before seen in a Formula One game.

Another big addition to F1 2016 are two iconic vehicles – the Safety Car and Virtual Safety Car – which have been written from scratch with brand-new physics models for greater realism. Players can expect full immersion when they race alongside these cars during safety car periods or virtual safety car interventions during races.

Finally, players can also look forward to taking on a brand new street circuit in Baku, Azerbaijan for this year’s FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE event that takes place in June 2016. Situated along Baku’s picturesque seafront promenade overlooking Caspian Sea views, this challenging 6km circuit promises plenty of thrills for gamers looking for something different compared to classic tracks like Silverstone or Monza.
