The creators of the highly successful FPS Insurgency have just released their next installment - Day of Infamy. This time set during World War II, the game offers a unique and intense experience that rewards teamwork and tactical close-quarters engagements. Players can choose from a wide variety of multiplayer and coop scenarios, allowing them to truly immerse themselves in this historical period.

Players are given an incredible level of detail when it comes to recreating WWII battles as accurately as possible with realistic weapons, uniforms, vehicles and environments using Unreal Engine 4 technology. The game also features five different factions: British Commonwealth Forces (including French Resistance), United States Army Rangers, German Wehrmacht Heer, Waffen SS, or Fallschirmjäger Paratroopers – each faction has its own distinct playstyle so players will need to think tactically about how best to approach each mission they embark on.

Day of Infamy’s main focus is cooperative gameplay where up to 32 players join forces against AI opponents or other players online for team deathmatch matches across various objectives such as capturing points or defending sectors from enemy attacks all while working together strategically in order to achieve victory over their enemies. The game also offers special events such as weekend operations which allow teams extra challenges with exclusive rewards for those who complete them successfully.
