Darkest Dungeon is a challenging gothic roguelike turn-based RPG that puts players in the shoes of an adventurer tasked with exploring and conquering a series of dungeons. The game focuses on the psychological stresses, both physical and mental, that come along with such a venture. Players will need to recruit, train, and lead their team of flawed heroes against unimaginable horrors such as stress, disease, and the ever encroaching darkness.

The game features procedurally generated levels which means no two games are alike. This adds an element of surprise as you never quite know what to expect when entering each new dungeon. As if this wasn't difficult enough already the game also throws some very tough enemies your way meaning even veterans may struggle to survive at times!

Players can choose from one of four classes – Crusader (tank), Highwayman (ranged attacker), Leper (melee fighter) or Arbalest (support character). Each class has its own set of skills which must be utilized strategically during battle in order for success. Your team's morale is also very important in Darkest Dungeon so it's up to you to keep them motivated by ensuring they get enough rest between fights and providing adequate provisions before heading out into danger once again.

Ultimately it all comes down to how well you manage your resources because death awaits around every corner - not just from monsters but from within your own ranks too due too exhaustion or lack of supplies! It’s possible that all hope might be lost at certain points during play but if you're brave enough then there may still be victory ahead for you yet!
