Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri’s Revenge is a real-time strategy game developed by Westwood Pacific and released in 2001. It is the expansion pack to Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2, and takes place during the fictional timeline of World War III.

The game begins with a briefing at the White House concerning Yuri and his plans for world domination through mind control. He reveals that he has Psychic Dominators around the world which he will activate, causing most of humanity to succumb to his mind control. The President immediately calls in an airstrike on Alcatraz Island where one of these devices is located, but all attacking aircraft are shot down before they can destroy it. However, one plane crashes into the nuclear reactor on Alcatraz Island, deactivating the device temporarily.

Players must then choose one of three factions; Allied Nations (USA/EU), Soviet Union or Yuri's Army (Yuri's faction) in order to fight against Yuri's forces and liberate humanity from his mind control across several missions set around various locations in Europe, Asia and North America such as London, San Francisco or Moscow among others. Players have access to different units depending on their chosen faction such as infantry units like grunts or engineers; tanks such as heavy tanks or missile tanks; naval vessels like battleships; airforce planes like fighters or bombers; defense structures like turrets or walls plus other special weapons including psychic powers unique only to Yuris Army faction that can be used strategically when fighting against enemies either human players online or computer controlled AIs offline .
