Boom Boom Rocket is a fast-paced rhythm game developed for Xbox Live Arcade. Players must time their explosions to the beat of ten original tracks created by Ian Livingstone while travelling through a 3D cityscape, with more spectacular fireworks effects as they better match the timing of each explosion. The game features three modes - Normal, Speed and Multiplayer Head-to-Head - each song being choreographed at varying skill levels so that everyone can join in on the fun. Players can unlock new firework designs by mastering each track as well as fill up bonus meters to activate psychedelic bonus modes for extra points. Additionally, players can connect online and compare their scores with other players on leaderboards.

Boom Boom Rocket is an innovative rhythm game that has recently been released for the Xbox Live Arcade service. Developed by Geometry Wars creators Bizarre Creations and published by the Pogo division of Electronic Arts, this downloadable video game marks the first ever rhythm-based title to be made available through Microsoft's online gaming platform.

The gameplay in Boom Boom Rocket involves tapping along with music as fireworks stream across your TV screen. As players progress their skills, they will unlock new levels and challenges, each of which requires careful timing and a keen sense of rhythm in order to succeed.
