Blitzkrieg: Burning Horizon is an expansion to the popular WWII strategy video game. It offers a total of 18 missions in which players can step into the shoes of famous generals such as Rommel and take part in battles like Ardennes, Tripolis, Tobruk, El Alamein, Sicily and Normandy. This add-on also introduces 8 single missions with a new nation at war – Japan – including 50 new units such as Zero fighters and Blenheim bombers. The AI has been improved so that enemies are more intelligent in seeking out weak spots in your lines or clearing minefields cleverly. There is also a wide range of mission objectives available from airborne assaults to defense manoeuvres and assassinations.
