Aquaria is an underwater fantasy game that will take you on a captivating journey of exploration, discovery and adventure. You'll play as Naija, a lone explorer in search of her family and the answers to her past. As she dives deeper into Aquaria's depths, you'll be able to explore caves shrouded in darkness, beautiful sunlit oases and many other handcrafted areas full of secrets.

Naija has been gifted with the power of Verse - by singing songs she can weave this force to change the waters around her. With each song learned comes new abilities; powerful spells allow Niaja to transform herself into different creatures giving players more options for how they play the game. Controlling your character is easy thanks to Aquaria's intuitive mouse-only control system which makes it simple for players to make Naija swim gracefully through the water or engage in combat with dangerous creatures inhabiting Aquaria’s underwater world. The Xbox 360 controller and FPS style mouse/keyboard controls are also supported if desired.

The full version includes modding tools used during development so even those without any programming experience can create their own worlds using easy-to-pick up level editor software - adding custom graphics and soundtracks along with testing out creations while playing!
