Welcome to the world of Amid Evil, a first-person shooter from New Blood Interactive. Set in an alternate universe of dark fantasy and Lovecraftian horror, players take on the role of a Heretic – one who has been chosen as humanity’s last hope against unspeakable evil.

The game features seven distinct episodes that each feature their own unique setting and enemies. Players will utilize Ludicrous magical weaponry overcharged with souls to reclaim ancestral lands while being hunted by brutal enemy AI across land, sea, and air. Each episode also contains sprawling non-linear levels filled with secrets and ancient lore for players to uncover.

Amid Evil is powered by Unreal Engine 4 which provides cutting edge visuals that are both modern yet still harken back to the golden age of PC gaming. The game is also optimized for play even on low end machines such as “a pretty nice toaster” so any player can join in on the fight against evil! To top it all off, Andrew Hulshult composed an original and dynamic soundtrack that sets the perfect mood for this chaotic adventure through multiple dimensions!
