Dynasty Warriors 8 is a tactical action game set in Ancient China during the Three Kingdoms period. Players take control of historical military and political figures such as Cao Cao, Sun Quan, Liu Bei and Sima Yi as they battle for supremacy over the Three Kingdoms. The game features an expansive single-player campaign with detailed cutscenes, strategic battles against massive armies and fast-paced hack-and-slash combat. Players can also compete against each other in local or online multiplayer modes.
